Muscats Motors Ltd specialises in Automotive and are currently seeking a Product Specialist for our Boutique to join our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless journey to our clients. The successful candidate will have considerable experience in a luxury environment, where they have a genuine desire to deliver service excellence and create a memorable experience for each client.

What you’ll be doing
- Owns a deep knowledge of JLR brands, products, and technology. Ability to tell stories about JLR as a brand and its products including its heritage while assisting in vehicle launches and promotional experiences.
- Understand our clients’ needs and orientate them in the boutique and our exclusive house of brands.
- Designs a unique and exciting vehicle collection/delivery experience tailored to the client’s individual needs and characteristics the individual must make the necessary arrangements to check and prepare the vehicle upon delivery to the customer and give a thorough explanation about the vehicle maximizing this key moment of the Client’s Proposes and manages the second delivery if needed.
- Supports the Sales Executive in engaging the client through storytelling about brands, products, and technology.
- Enhances the exclusivity and individuality of the vehicle by eensuring strict adherence to franchise standards and being updated with all vehicle technology by attending training locally/abroad and keeping up to date with the latest products.
- Communicates with the customers through our portals and collects feedback before and after delivery. Registers and updates client data. Answers and encourages client questions after vehicle collection/delivery.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Previous experience within a luxury brand environment, or relevant experience within high-end hospitality.
- Ability to make connections with clients through storytelling and discovering commonalities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attentive and proactive with exceptional attention to detail.
